Arizona Fall League
In addition to hosting Cactus League Spring Training for the Chicago
Cubs, Hohokam Stadium is also the home of the Mesa Solar Sox of the Arizona Fall
League.
The season for the Arizona Fall League begins in October and runs through
November.

There are six teams in the league:

Peoria Javelinas and Peoria Saguaros, Peoria Sports Complex,
16101 N. 83rd Ave. -
Phoenix Desert Dogs, Phoenix Municipal Stadium, 5999 E. Van Buren -
Scottsdale Scorpions, Scottsdale Stadium, 7408 E. Osborn Rd. -
Surprise Rafters, Surprise Stadium, 15754 N. Bullard Ave.
Games are played Monday through Saturday. While the majority of games start
at 12:35, night games start at 6:35.

With games
scheduled in October and November, all MLB teams now use the Arizona Fall League to test and condition players, so
you will see the best and brightest newcomers to baseball.
